P21 is seeking God first through prayer and fasting for the first 21 days of 2012. This year, our theme is “You provide the fire, we’ll provide the sacrifice.” Last year was very difficult for many including our ministry. We thank God for our trials and the refining fire of 2011, but are believing for the Holy Ghost fire in 2012. We are declaring that the battles of 2011 are leading us to the victories in 2012.

This year, will be a year of harvest, miraculous, victory, and glory. We foresee a year of apostleship with God turning slaves and orphans to sons and daughters across our nation. We believe His love and undeserved mercy will be poured out and experienced throughout our communities during 2012.

We encourage and challenge you to join us as we seek God first (Matt. 6:33) and set ourselves apart. We know God is calling each of us to sacrifice and live consecrated lives as we walk in His extravagant grace.

Pastor Aaron’s 21-Day Journal:

P21 Day #1:

I really feel the word “sacrifice” this first day of P21. I believe the start to anything spiritual is to die to self and die to our flesh.

John 3:30 says, "He must increase, but I must decrease." Luke 9:23-24 says, "If anyone would come after me, he must deny himself and take up his cross daily and follow me. For whoever wants to save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life for me will save it."

I encourage you today to die to your will and any agenda you may have and allow the Holy spirit to move on you the way he wants to.

This is a great song to start us off and I love the lyrics, “...You provide the fire, I’ll provide the sacrifice...”

Fill Me up - Jesus Culture

P21 Day #2:

I feel today’s word for p21 is “Prayer.” Fasting without prayer is just a diet. Diet to lose weight for physical gain. Fast to lose flesh for Spiritual gain!!!

“So I turned to the Lord God and pleaded with him in prayer and fasting. I also wore rough burlap and sprinkled myself with ashes” (Daniel 9:3)

“praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, being watchful to this end with all perseverance and supplication for all the saints” (Eph. 6:18)

“Don't worry about anything; instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you need, and thank him for all he has done “ (Phil. 4:6)

P21 Day #3:

Fast with "purpose". Pick something you want victory in & let it be the fuel that motivates you to stay true to the fast. be specific and expect breakthrough through christ by faith.

"[Is] this not the fast that I have chosen: To loose the bonds of wickedness, To undo the heavy burdens, To let the oppressed go free, And that you break every yoke?.......The LORD will guide you continually, And satisfy your soul in drought, And strengthen your bones; You shall be like a watered garden, And like a spring of water, whose waters do not fail.”

(Isaiah 58:6-12)

Let your frustration be the fuel that motivates you to act!!!

P21 Day #4:

Get in the word and watch Him come to life through his written, living, infallible word. bury your face in that bible and eat it up!

“in the beginning was the word, and the word was with god, and the word was god. he was in the beginning with god.” (John 1:1-2)

fill those meal times and down times getting fed by the word.

P21 Day #5:

Fasting is considered abnormal and weird in our culture but a meat or grapefruit or tuna diet is ok. Let's redefine "normal."

P21 Day #6:

Flee "temptation". Remember after Jesus told satan flee after tempt. on 40-day fast, Jesus was released to ministry! (Matthew 4)

P21 Day #7:

Go to church today to pursue more of His presence and intimacy with God. Have a heart to "worship" for WHO HE IS.

P21 day #8:

I really feel that the first week of p21 was a call to personal sacrifice and growth. I feel it was a call to intimacy with god seeking him first. however, i believe this next week will be a week where we all unite and pray for breakthrough. god loves and blesses unity, but the enemy knows and fears the power of it. it is satan’s desire to keep us divided because, “If a house is divided against itself, that house cannot stand” (Mark 3:25). so, let’s unite and pray together in faith with belief and expectation!

“Therefore I tell you, whatever you ask in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours.” - Mark 11:24

“Therefore confess your sins to each other and pray for each other so

that you may be healed. The prayer of a righteous man is powerful and

effective.” - james 5:16
